We are excited for our autumn movement challenge! This time, we’re trying something new.

Every week you will receive:

  • 2 x 15min videos // a fire video and a release video

  • 1 x 30min online live video (that will be recorded and saved in case you can’t make the meet-up time) // Mondays @ 12pm

The ask is that you do the videos as many times in the week as possible so that you can ritualize the movement. Every time you revisit the same video and the movements become familiar, you access a little something more and get a little deeper into your body.

As the days grow cooler, the moves will focus on building that inner fire and keeping our joints juicy.

There will be a private FB group for all participants to connect, ask questions, motivate and keep each other accountable.
